Terms of purchase
These terms define the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints regarding the products offered on this website.
The website of the Association e-Transformacija can be used for your private purposes free of charge, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
The seller is the Association e-Transformacija, and the buyer is any visitor to the website who completes an electronic order, submits it to the seller, and makes payment using a credit card or via bank transfer based on a proforma invoice.
ACCEPTED CARDS
Accepted credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa.
ORDERING
The buyer places an order (conference registration for participation in the Cyber Security Summit) through an electronic order form.
A buyer is considered to be any individual who electronically orders at least one product, provides the required information, and submits the order.
All prices are expressed in the local currency of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Convertible Mark (BAM).
Products are ordered electronically by selecting the desired package and clicking the Register button.
The product is considered ordered once the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.
PAYMENT
Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the accepted credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.
DELIVERY
After the payment is completed, the buyer will automatically receive a digital accreditation with a unique QR code via the email address provided during registration and purchase. The QR code will serve as the entry ticket to the conference.
GENERAL TERMS
The Association e-Transformacija reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. All changes will apply to the use of the yes-css.eventio.app website. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the purchase process.
The services provided through the yes-css.eventio.app online store do not include any costs incurred by using computer equipment or internet services to access the website. The Association e-Transformacija is not responsible for phone, internet, or any other costs that may arise.
Although the Association e-Transformacija strives to offer the best possible service, it does not guarantee that the services on yes-css.eventio.app will meet all user expectations.
The Association e-Transformacija also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. In the event of an error, please report it by calling +387 60 322 4596 or emailing hello@e-transformacija.ba so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
